Please note that any order not paid for within SEVEN DAYS will be
cancelled and items will be re-stocked - we apologies for any
inconvenience this may cause.
Postage
& Shipping:
UK Delivery only at present
For UK deliveries (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern
Ireland) we use either Royal Mail First Class delivery or Parcel
Force dependant upon weight of package. Customers will be notified
of which service is used and for Parcel Force a tracking number
will be emailed to you on dispatch of your order.
Postage rates are automatically calculated and will show when you
reach the checkout.
Please check all deliveries on arrival and notify us within
THREE working days if there is any discrepancies/damage.
Returns: Your satisfaction is important to us however due
to the nature of the products we sell we cannot accept returns
unless the products are found to be either damaged or defective in
some way. If for some reason you find this to be the case then
firstly please contact us to tell us of the problem within 7 days
of delivery, then return the goods to us in the original packaging
and a replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible after we
have investigated the problem. You should refuse to accept the
delivery if there is obvious damage to your products, the courier
will then return the package to us for inspection, you should also
contact us to let us know about this problem, a new delivery will
then be arranged. We apologies but we cannot accept returns
because you have simply changed your mind and no longer require
the products ordered. Refunds are not usually given unless you
specifically state a replacement for the product would not be
acceptable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

us is kept in strict confidence. This helps us to process your
order quickly and provide you with the best possible service.
