Details: Inspired by the notion of Dreaming as a British Shamanic practice, this set of evening workshops will explore a very different form of changing and shifting our consciousness to journey, to dream! When we talk of dreaming, we are not solely describing the dreams that arise from our sleep, but the subtle shifts in our consciousness to access a deeper, vibrant and inspiring  connection to spirit, otherworlds and indeed ourselves.

With no evidence that pre-roman communities in Britain used Drums for undertaking shamanic journeys. While absence of evidence is not evidence of absence, there is an innate sense that dreaming or 'dreamers' change their states of consciousness through night dreaming, sensory deprivation, and physical challenges.

In these workshops we will explore the notion of the British shamanic practice of dreaming, shamanic healing, meditation, ritual and ceremony.
