Woodspirit operates under established mail order good practice. It is our responsibility to lay out clearly the procedures used on this website. Please take the time to read through any detail and facts advised on this website for ease of transaction and satisfactory outcomes for both you and us.

As these Terms and Conditions change from time to time without notice it is recommended that you read them thoroughly upon returning to the site. It is recommended that you print off a copy of this agreement when you purchase a product from the site as we do not keep a copy of the individual agreement between you and us. By trading with us you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Please note you can only purchase products from this website if you are over 18. Products are supplied worldwide, except where there are international trade restrictions, but some products are only listed for supply within the UK and the EU as our policy.

In this Agreement ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ refers to woodspirit and ‘you’ and ‘your’ refers to you as the customer.

No contract comes into force between you and us until we accept your order.

You add any products you wish to purchase to your order form, and then proceed to send this to us.

Prices are in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and payment has to be in GPB, via Cash, Cheque or Postal Orders. We are unable at this time to accept Credit or Debit Cards.

Will not pass any information about you to any other party. We respect your right to privacy.

Upon payment we will send you the First Acknowledgement, and once we have checked we can meet your order we will send you the Second Acknowledgement - and only at that point is a contract in place.

All products unless stated otherwise are professionally hand crafted in Kent with care, consideration and reverence using professional specialist equipment and a wide range of traditional specialist art and craft techniques.

All intellectual property rights are reserved.

Your statutory rights as a customer are unaffected by this agreement
