The Ethos and expectations

Woodspirit Grove, is druid grove that is semi-closed. This means that folk can join but they are vetted first and may be subject to having to wait until the point in the year when new folk can join. Rob Wilson is the grove leader and holds the vision of the grove, yet everyone who is a member all have a contribution and role to play in the gathering, this isn't spectator sport! While the tradition is modern, shamanic, pagan, animistic Druidry, you don't have to identify as being a Druid to join, but to be open to expressing your spirituality in this way.

A gathering will consist of and opening and closing, calling for the four elements, gods and ancestors. Sharing of bread and mead and an eisteffod section, an opportunity for people to share poetry, songs, stories or insights relevant to the gathering.
