The personal data you volunteer only happens if you agree to join our newsletter subscription or book a place on a workshop, course or therapy appointment with us. For some courses or therapies, for insurance purposes, we may have to ask if you have any medical conditions that would impede your attendance on the course, workshop or undergo the therapy offered.

All information gathered is stored in a secured, encrypted online file and deleted after use or if you request us to do so. Any paper files are stored in a lockable filing cabinet, in a secure building.
